Bamboo Pendant Light Oriental, Kitchen Island Rattan Lampshade, Woven Lamp

Inspired by a traditional design widely woven in Southeast Asia and used for carrying fruits and vegetables by the farmers to the fresh markets. Here we present a refined version made with the outer layer of bamboo, transforming the folk utensil into an authentic lampshade.

It is a lightweight lamp that does not contain any metal structure and can be hung directly onto the electrical cord without the need of a hanging chain. Crafted by Karen artisans in North Thailand, masters of the low-tech lifestyle.

HARDWIRE KIT:
• CORD: 1m (3.3 feet) long (can be shortened); PVC coated (black or white color); Voltage 110V-250V; max. Wattage: 60 Watts; UL/CE listed.
• LAMP HOLDER: E-26/27 plastic socket with silicone cover (same color as the cord).
• LAMPSHADE HOLDER: Metal bracket with cord grips.
• CEILING CANOPY: Ø 10-12cm; wooden (natural color) or aluminum (black or white color); Includes fixings.

PLUG-IN KIT:
• CORD: 4.5m (14.8 feet) long for US type plug / 3m (10 feet) long for EU type plug; PVC coated (black or white color); Voltage 110V-250V; max. Wattage: 60 Watts; UL/CE listed.
• LAMP HOLDER: E-26/27 plastic socket with silicone cover (same color as the cord).
• LAMPSHADE HOLDER: Metal bracket with cord grips.
• SWITCH: ON/OFF switch located 1m (3.3 feet) away from the plug.
• PLUG: US or EU kind (see pictures).

ᐅ NOTE: The option "SHADE ONLY" includes just 1 lampshade and 1 metal bracket with cord grips to attach to your own cord. Default cord grips are Clear color, in case Black or White color is preferred please leave a note during the checkout.
