• If you have a PayPal account, the address registered in your PayPal will be used to ship your order. Please make sure your address is correct. If do not have a PayPal account, you may enter your shipping address upon checkout.
• Processing time for items in stock is of 1 to 3 business days after purchase.

• Once your order is dispatched and you receive a tracking number please keep track of your order and contact the responsible shipping carrier for inquiries regarding delivery, re-delivery or Customs payment. We advise registering to receive automatic tracking updates via email or SMS in the carrier’s tracking website when available.
• Customs fees, VAT and Import taxes are NOT included in the order total and are responsibility of the buyer. You may check with the Customs authorities of your country to know if your order is subject to import tax payments or not. By default we DO include the order invoice with the parcel.
• Shipping costs include packing material, labor and handling fees. We will be very careful when packing your product, making sure everything is sent in perfect conditions.
• Orders with multiple items can often be combined to decrease the shipping price. This is available upon request before the purchase confirmation. Please contact us informing the exact products, options, quantities and the destination country and we will let you know what shipping discounts are available.
• Occasional Customs hold ups, weather issues or holidays may cause delays but most orders arrive within the estimated time frame.
• Goods that return to Thailand due to failed delivery attempts (wrong address, nobody home to sign for a package, package refused, unclaimed, etc.) will be held by the Thailand Post and no notification will be issued to the buyer until there is a request from the buyer.
If you are experiencing a delay please contact the responsible carrier as soon as possible and let them know your tracking number. We strongly advise you to register your email in the tracking website of the carrier responsible for your order to receive updates of any delivery activity. • Please report any shortage or damage to us no later than 5 days from receipt of order. Notice of damage must also be given to the carrier personnel immediately upon delivery. The faster an issue is reported the faster it can be solved.
• All packing materials and receiving paperwork should be retained for carrier inspection. Take photos of all and send it to us at email@example.com. It is also advised to take photos of the parcel when delivered as a proof of the delivery condition.

• All orders shipped via Standard or Express Airmail are subject to a RETURN SHIPPING FEE charged by the shipping carrier company in case of delivery issues due to wrong address, no recipient available, no authorized person to receive the parcel, unclaimed parcel or no payment of Customs taxes.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs and any occasional re-importation duty fees and taxes.
• When you return an item, please be sure to send it back in its original condition. Any loss in value will be responsibility of the buyer.

NOTE: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please understand that the shipping costs are not refunded to us by the carrier even if items are returned.
