Returns & Refunds
For returns and exchanges
• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
• Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase
Instructions and Conditions:
1. Items should be shipped back to us marked as RETURNED GOODS.
2. Items should be in their original condition and packaging and include proof that they are being returned:
• original box containing labels and postal forms that were attached to it (please take a photo of the labels for the record)
• printed version of the order invoice (please let us know if you don't have it and we can re-send it to you)
You may also write RETURNED GOODS on the box and the shipping carrier should provide a RETURN FORM to be filled.
3. Ship item to the following address:

4. The sender address (your address) must be the same as the address that we originally shipped to.
5. The return shipping fee and any occasional re-importation duty fees and VAT must be covered by the buyer. A duty fee of 20% + VAT of 7% may be incurred over the sum of return shipping and insurance costs.
6. The original shipping fee (the one paid to send the item from us to you) is non-refundable unless the item you received is defective or not as described in the listing. We will issue a refund for the product cost once items arrive back to us in their original condition.
7. Please email us a photo of the postal receipt and tracking numbers to firstname.lastname@example.org once you have dispatched the items. Items sent without a tracking number will not be accepted.
